Higher education:
technical Mechanical Engineering and Machine Building electrical engineering
Foreign languages:
English, Fluent Polish, Fluent
Other requirements:
Hands-on experience with Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC Solid grounding in process audits EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR

NICE-TO-HAVE

Experience in a similar role:
2+
Other requirements:
VDA knowledge is a strong plus

Duties

Managing customer complaints end to end
Approving product and process modifications after SOP
Keeping a continuous eye on both the production process and the parts coming out of it — including those manufactured by suppliers.
Coordinate Resident Technicians
Support the launch of new product development projects
Run internal process audits and client quality audits
Take ownership of resolving claims and incidents — plus the physical and accounting handling of any non-conforming material returned by the client.
